Tomatoes

What is it?
Cherry tomatoes are little bitty tomatoes of various colors. They are simple to pick — use your hand to gently pull the tomatoes off the stem. Tomatoes continue ripening after they have been picked, so you can pick them at any state of ripening or blushing.
We have several varieties:
- Red: Fantastico, BHN968, Washington Cherry, Ruby Crush
- Yellow: Patio, Golden Nugget
How do I clean and store it?
All you need to do is rinse your cherry tomatoes in cool clean water and you are good to go. Store them on the counter, never in the fridge.
Recipes
Eat them fresh by the handful, or try Mark Bittman’s cherry tomatoes with soy sauce from How to Cook Everything: one pint cherry tomatoes, two tablespoons whole or halved basil leaves, one tablespoon soy sauce, one teaspoon dark sesame oil, a pinch of sugar, and salt if necessary.
Oh no, we picked 400 cherry tomatoes
Let them ripen, then oven dry those puppies and store them in the fridge or freezer.
